Nicole Acle is a nonprofit fundraising strategist, community leader, and founder of Clearway Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact through strategic fundraising and donor engagement. With extensive experience in donor development, capital campaigns, and nonprofit governance, Nicole has helped guide organizations across Maryland’s in raising millions of dollars to support programs that strengthen families and communities.
Nicole currently serves as on the Carroll Learning Alliance Board of Directors, where she provides leadership. She has also supported numerous nonprofit initiatives focused on homelessness outreach, special education services, and life-affirming services for women and families.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole is passionate about faith, community service, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. She lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with her family and remains actively involved in local civic and nonprofit initiatives.
