We are thrilled to share some exciting news with our community: The Carroll County BOE has approved the charter contract with the Carroll Learning Alliance to operate Carroll Classical Charter School.
This approval reflects months of thoughtful collaboration between Carroll County Public Schools and the Carroll Learning Alliance, resulting in a strong charter agreement grounded in accountability, transparency, and academic excellence. We are deeply grateful for the leadership, professionalism, and partnership that made this moment possible.
As we move into the next phase, careful planning is underway to ensure our facility fully meets all health, safety, and programmatic requirements. With this responsible approach, Carroll Classical Charter School is anticipated to open for the 2027–2028 school year, with student enrollment expected to open in fall 2026.
