ELDERSBURG – A new charter school in Carroll County focusing on classical education is planning a September 2026 opening in the Eldersburg area, organizers said Saturday.
The school, Carroll Classical, would be the first charter school in Carroll County.
Carroll Learning Alliance, a nonprofit formed this summer, is developing the school.
